aw, thank you Carol you are so sweet. Yes, any waterbased in will work, although these inks are opaque, so they do act a bit differently, but have fun with it.

The colours and layout are gorgeous! Two questions: can this be done with the Distress Inks (I don't have the oxide) :-)...and you've cut the leaf canopy prior to watercolouring. Is that just your preference or the best way to do that? Thanks so much Sandi.

hi Janice, yes you can watercolor with distress inks also, each ink gives you a little bit different result. I cut my leaves out prior to watercolouring because I didn't want white edges - my personal preference.
