🌸 Watercolour Flower HACK Using Sharpies | Easy Nail Art For Beginners 💅

Hi Everyone!
Today Steffi has a super pretty floral design for you, this design is perfect for Spring, Summer and everyone that loves florals.
Steffi paints two coats of Lily of the Nile onto the nail as the background then once cured she wipes the tacky layer off. Steffi then draws small leaf shapes onto the nail using a purple Sharpie and then dampens a 3D brush with some Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution and uses this to disperse the colour to create the floral watercolour effect.
Steffi then uses a detailing brush and Serious Black to create the flower stems, after this is cured she goes back in with a green Sharpie to create the leaves of the flowers.
To finish off the nail Steffi uses one of our Urban Graffiti Cosmic glitter top coats, Nebula, to add the little extra to the design.

Ive been too afraid to attempt watercolour, but i think this is the perfect alternative! This is beautiful, Steffi! I'm just now finding you and I'm happy I did. I love this hack with the Sharpies. Question, did I see correctly that you cured the ink work from the Sharpie several times as you went so you didn't accidentally smudge your work while doing more of it? If so how long did you cure it for? It looks as though once it's cured it won't smudge and you can top coat it with confidence. Thanks so much for showing us how to do this!
