The kit contained plenty of adapters to fit most faucets. Follow the provided instructions and you should have no problem. The filter cartridge on the other hand, looks about as effective as a pair of pair of socks dusted with charcoal!

My facet downward part was too short, BUT I was able to make it work by holding the mounting nut in place while screwing on the aerator. I had to forgo the teflon tape but it totally works

Do you have a video detailing just how filters the water? Seems like it would not because the filter unit is located above the water flow device. How does the water come in contact with the filter?

Thank you for reaching Waterdrop. Prior to each use, run water through the filter for 5 to 10 seconds to activate the filter. If the system has not been used for a few days, run water for 1 minute before use.

I've accidentally installed the filter upside-down and ran the water. Water didnt come up and it created a suction that the filter is now stuck inside cup and It won't come off. How can I pull it out?

How? There's literally only one opening and o ring, also it wouldn't make a suction because there's no pressure when the water off sounds more like you jammed in the filter into the hole😂. My suggestion would be to buy a new one instead except people to fix your mistakes 😂

One tip for the filter replacement that I found quite useful is to mark the installation time on the filter, then you can replace the filter according to its indicated filter life. If the water flow turns very slow, you may also consider about changing the filter as it might have reached to its capacity.
