This is one of the best videos I’ve seen. You said you would rather work with the larger rocks on the bigger waterfalls but most of us DIYer’s don’t have access to nor equipment to move the bigger rocks. Seeing videos with smaller rocks and how to use them is so beneficial. Thank you so much.
@anyat6864 жыл бұрын
Yes. I’ve watched all the videos. This is the best one for us ordinary folk. We would never be able to get our hands on big rocks. Or move them either. Brilliant. Thanks.

Im a retired Chef from NYC. Bought a farm in Asheville NC. We have an existing water feature that needs rebuilding just like this one. The work ethic here is terrible and if you get someone to show up whatever the job is it wont be done right. Watched all your vids. I thank you for posting them. You have given me the confidence that I can handle this project on my own. Thank you very much for the inspiration.

NOTE; If it doesn't work the first time you can always take it apart and rework it. Then you get to build 2 water falls (twice the fun). It is all about the journey. Good Luck and have fun.

Dude! This is it! I've been looking at waterfalls for weeks trying to find the perfect waterfall design for my pond. I'm not saying mine is going to look exactly the same but the basic concept is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to start waterfall construction on my 19x22 in the next couple weeks and have been scouring the interwebz for info. Your videos are the best at showing how the pros mimic nature and are super inspiring! As a DIY guy after watching this video I feel a lot less stressed about getting the waterfall right. Now that I have the basic understanding of how water falls are built and general concept of what I want it seems like it's just a matter of starting at the bottom with the framing stones and letting them tell me where they need to go. The things that attract me to this style are: -It's not overly steep and volcano looking -It uses boulders all easily managed by one or 2 people -the twists and pools gives it character and doesn't look like a stairway -it has tons of places to add plants As much as I enjoy watching the big uber dollar builds I love watching videos of amazing looking water features that average people can afford more. This seems like a prime example of that. Great job!

Probably not. Need some elevation to work with to create waterfalls/stream. Best to look at small fountainscapes for solutions in that area. 10K sounds very light to fill that area with water features
