Don’t know why I got this recommended video by KZbin algorithm, and I don’t understand Japanese… but I assume it’s like a determination training as well as for the benefit of the body. Standing in the waterfall is like a buffed cold water shower, along with saying your wishes or your ambition out loud. The guidance is super muscular, must benefit a lot from the training as well as other daily activities that take place where he lives. By the way I do enjoy watching strong men naked… 👍👍😊
