Oh, I see. They would rather liquidate and divide the proceeds from the sale than remain as co-owners of the undivided estate. That's quite reasonable. Besides, co-ownership is less favored also under the law. And, for sure, the buyer or new owner would love and treasure that wonderful property. :)

Talamone is a pretty, stone, port town. It is mostly a tourist and small fishing port. The town is about 4.5km from the villa. There is a selection of bars/cafés and restaurants in the town. There is also a small grocery shop and several other shops and a bank. It's a lovely town to spend an afternoon or evening. For a supermarket it is necessary to go to Fonteblanda which is 5km away and is a slightly larger town with more amenities including a pharmacy and post office. For all amenities and a hospital it's necessary to go to Grosseto 32km away.

I like the way you present the properties but this one was kind of quick, cutting some interesting parts as the kitchen (we barely could see the kitchen) and where is the gate access to the sea? How hard is it to get approval to build on this property? It seems very under developed for such a beautiful and large location. Is it protected from development? At a minimum it ought to have an extensive garden or maybe a vineyard. Also you mentioned that it had direct access to the sea, but you didn't show that.
