Thanks for the fun walk about on the water front John. I did laugh when I read your t-shirt. An extrovert wearing an introvert shirt:) Can't wait to see you add in some drone work.

I send mixed signals… I think I’m an extroverted introvert… An ambivert? Glad you enjoyed the video and stay tuned for drone material.

Nice to see you guys out and about, enjoying some fresh air and seeing some sights. Also cool to see some footage of boats at a dock without people punching the crap out of each other...

Really super to see Heather enjoying her walk when she still had some speech and could understand what was around her 😊

Great shirt! I'm happy you have documented all these lovely memories, and very happy that you have a good, solid, caring support network around you as the journey gets steeper. Thanks for these videos 💝

Boston Cream Donut! I'm with Heather on that tasty morsel. Yeah. Wow. She lives very much in the moment, eh? Ironically, THAT is the most healthy mental state. The sailing vessel Rebecca was a real beauty! Nice outing John. Such a big change/decline in only 1 year. I don't know you and Heather but I love you both. Stay strong !

Love Halifax altho I have only been one of those tourists. But my mom & sister were born there.😊 Going again in September & will discreetly spread my sister’s ashes there. I was guardian for her during her last years while she had dementia-so many behaviors are the same from person to person. Wishing you both peace in this journey.

I wish I would have filmed more with Roger. I have pictures but not a lot of videos. It’s 3 months today since he passed. I spent a big part of the day looking at pictures of him. I’m sorry Heather has this awful disease and I’m especially sorry to see how fast it’s progressed. 😢

How beautiful! Love your waterfront. What a great place to have a walk, relax, see different things! I noticed you went early. Have you noticed if larger groups of people and activity bothers your wife? We didn't realize at first, but large gatherings of over 4-5 people got overwhelming for Mom. Especially if there were children or anything fast moving. She couldn't keep up and got tired and cranky quickly. I don't hate things as a rule.. I might dislike a thing..... But I hate this disease.

@@BeeHus2256 I don’t think big crowds were much of an issue, but we had to give up walking the waterfront a number of months ago due to her lowered mobility, and of course, the incontinence issues as well. I’m sure she would not get any enjoyment out of it anymore.

I live in Baltimore Maryland USA and we had a terrible port area in the city. The city built Harbor Place. It completely transformed our downtown area for the better. Now many many years after it was built Harbor Place is closing almost the entire retail area and restaurants. It was nice while it lasted 😢. They need to revamp the area again soon.

This is just eight months ago in September 2023, so two years after diagnosis. A walk like that would be impossible today and even that amount of vocalization and speech is completely gone. The rate of change is just staggering.
