i wish there is a way to reduce the frequency for testing. I honestly don't think your average pool owner living in a fairly stable weather part of the country needs his or her water tested every single day. Maybe ever 3 days is fine, but daily testing i think is a bit overkill. I know they make their money off the constant cassette sales, so it's kind of a dilemma

They could do that possibly. I opened one up and I see the reagent in a snakelike strip. They could possibly add a gap in between.

where were you able to buy the c5 in a 3 pack? website only sells the 1 c5 and 2 c2?

You have to contact them for the 3-pack of C5. They should be updating their site soon.

That’s what I was just looking at. Why give me only 1 C5 when I would rather have that in at all time. Makes absolutely no sense at all. But then give me 2 of the C2 Cassettes which does less. Shaking my head!!!!

@@TheJam711 If they consulted me I would have told them that people that purchase a tester that does 5-test factors would like to buy refill cartridges that allow them to continue to do 5-test factors.

@@SPL This is exactly what I asked them last week. Their response: "The SENSE S2 comes with a C5 cassette which should be used initially to balance the pool's water chemistry for the first month. Which water chemistry parameters do the WaterGuru SENSE cassettes measure? A 3-pack should then be purchased for $60 which includes 1 x C5 Cassettes and 2 x C2 cassettes. For the next 4 months, the use of the C2 cassettes from the 3-pack which measure the water's FC and pH each for 2 months should be enough to keep the pool's water healthy for the remainder of the pool season. Depending on where you live, nearing the end of your pool season when you need to know water chemistry values for closing the pool, you can use the C5 cassette from the 3-pack to balance your pool's water chemistry before you close your pool. Update: WaterGuru has announced that we will be selling 3-packs of the C5 cassettes starting in about 5 weeks or so at the WaterGuru website. Each cassette will last 30 days and will measure 5 chemicals. The 3-packs will cost $60."

I never did get their data on accuracy, but if you track it over a month, there are very few anomalies. Meaning it is as accurate as you can get with it in the skimmer.

LOL. They were pretty light. I think that would be an easy add-on in the future. But I am no chemist. Salinity should be coming soon.

lacks testing. might as well use a strip. The price is outragous. I own a pool company take it from me. This will be an extinct product soon enough. All the time these kinds of inventions pop up and go away. @@tysonholm6795
