We have had a few fans suggest that we cut a chainsaw in half. But cut it while its running at full throttle. We first cut the chain while its running, then we cut engine in half. Then we went to return the chainsaw, it was classic, ultimate chainsaw fail. Cutting it in half and seeing inside was my favorite part, and I loved how the guy at **** reacted.

Why didn't they take it back? Chains going backwards cutting the chainsaw in half is a known flaw with that model... They need to take that problem serious... To be serious for a moment, you should have cut it in half from bottom and up, it may been running alittle longer... would been interesting when it would hit the wheel :D

As someone who works at Home Depot, I can confirm that Ryobi isn't a good brand. Semi expensive & just doesn't last. Now I do recommend their worksite fan. Its small & uses a standard drill battery.

This reminds me what a local radio station did a long time ago. They purchased a vacuum at Walmart and poured gas on it till the plastic was melted to a pancake then put it back in the box and returned it said it caught fire. Walmart took it back but the whole point of the story was to prove Walmart takes anything back. I'm sure things have changed over time and notice a lot of manufactures now rather have you call them to solve the issue instead of returning it back to the store.
