Ok, has no one noticed the significance of the book? So Eddie gifted Rachel a copy of Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment, and in this novel, the protagonist slowly falls in love with an ex-prostitute who did what she need to in order to survive. This is genuinely SO clever. Just gonna leave that little nugget of info there if you haven't seen the later series ;)

They used a foundation paper as a prop but it was not foundation paper in the story as in Foundation you can only get a C grade maximum. She proved her versatility by getting a B in a subject she didn't study when nobody else did. She was just finishing her sentence and I believe she would have got a B anyway (that bit she wrote could have easily been wrong/she could have got a very high B). You can have your opinion but mine is that Jasmine is doing the Asian community proud and making me more comfortable with my ethnicity.

Even though the whole prison thing was an act and Bolton didn't actually get any real drugs - he still commited a crime. He asked what he thought was a real prisoner for what he believed were real drugs. Even if they were fake - he still did it thinking they were real. Surely that's illegal? It's not like the guy forced them on Bolton so it couldn't have been set up.

If the prison where Bolton's father is has a gym TV room and pool table the governor there is not doing his or her job properly. The idea of criminals and troublemaker being sent to prison is to pay their dues. Cues from pool tables can be used as weapons to do people bodily harm. People go to prison as punishment.
