When that model told the teacher the truth it's actually true she had a point all teachers only approve of of what is good for them not for you cuz I had teachers who told me if I didn't study I would end up as a janitor and they say that was the worst job ever promise I'm special needs I have Asperger's and a learning disability so it doesn't matter if I graduated high school all the jobs I could get had to start with the word cleaning so the next time a teacher tells you if you don't try hard enough you won't be as good as this just look in the mirror and say what do you want and if they don't approve of it that's their problem they don't control your life they don't own you and whatever decision you decide to go for it's your choice not theirs

Students need their space rather than too much authority because we all know that teachers are there to get the best out of students not to judge them at how and what to do but rash choices do happen but we all have tl work hard on that department and it takes a lot of encouragement to build that structure but with hope anything is possible. A lot Melon Genie Kim has a nasty habit of bossing everybody around. She gets away with being disrespectful to her superiors. Sometimes she is rude. If she does not like a person she shows it. As a teacher that is very unprofessional. Now that she is back she has not given any condolences to Steph Haydock about Maxine. Even if she did not like Maxine she should still have conveyed her condolences. In series two when Maxine was wrongly accused of being a thief and the truth came out that Stacey Appleyard framed her. Kim never said to Maxine I am sorry that I doubted you. She is supposed to be a Pastoral care officer and yet she does not give out the amount of sympathy towards pupils as she should. Once when a young lady gave an opinion about a teacher which was true, she harshly told her to drop her attitude and then went telling tales to Jack Rimmer that she has a bad attitude. If I was Jack Rimmer I would have said. Well as you are the Pastoral care officer It is your job to get to the bottom of it. I am not here to do your job for you." Jack Rimmer he failed to display any firmness towards Kim. Rachel Mason was even worse. She stuck up for Kim when she was in the wrong on two or three occasions. During the fourth and fifth series Kim virtually thought she ran Waterloo Road because of that. In series one Kim turned on Rory as though it was his fault she got raped which was unfair.
