Waterloo to Woking in a 4 VEP in Feb 1999

Unedited footage from my trip in a 4 VEP unit from Waterloo to Woking on 23/02/1999. I was still new to using a video camera, so some of it is a bit shaky. I had great difficulty retaining the sound in the conversion from Hi8 tape to AVI to MP4, but got there in the end using Handbrake to do the latter conversion, then Pinnacle Studio 25 Ultimate to trim it to just the train ride (from a much longer sequence) and add the title screens.

Great video. This takes me back to travelling on this line from Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour, back in the late 1970s. On a cab ride you only see what's in front, but with this side view, it's great. Many thanks.
