Well spotted, Derek; it will be a lovely writer. FWIW, I thought the pen was perfectly acceptable when you bought (apart from a new sac) but it looks brilliant since you ran it through the laundromat, Stef. Cheers from Gordon the Goanna.

These Waterman's mid range pens are great! The only difference I can see, other than cosmetic, between the Waterman's 513 and Waterman's W3 is the feed. The 513NM also has the 'new' feed used on the W3. 👍

Aha! I've been wondering what the NM is. It's a beautiful celluloid. I have a 512V in a similar material.
