Ich möchte euch einen Tipp gegeben um die Pfirsiche leichter zu schälen: Schneidet sie überkreuzt ein, gießt kochendes Wasser darüber, 1-2 Minuten ziehen lassen, heraus nehmen, in kaltes Wasser legen und die Haut abziehen. I have never used a torch before beginning to process my chickens for cooking. I am guessing this is to not only burn off any leftover feathers. Yummy! Why don't we cook that way here in the US? I don't think you all would enjoy our food very much, we have no imagination and most of us don't know how to use spices or fruits while cooking.
