Watersprite Hike in Squamish BC - Aug 2023

I finally had the chance to hike to Watersprite Lake. This trail had a bit of everything, from creeks and wildflowers to glacier-framed mountain views. It only took me about 2.5 hours to hike up and 2 hours to hike down, but it should take an average of 7 hours to complete. The hike is fairly simple, but it gets progressively harder near the lake. The drive up the gravel service road to the trailhead is probably one of the hardest parts of this hike, adding 1 hour each way. So, I would recommend starting early for this one. All in all, it was a great adventure, and I hope to return someday, perhaps even to camp at the top.

Thank you very much. It's well worth the drive if you have a 4x4. I was happy to finally take this one off my bucket list. Hope you will get to do it too.
