Is it possible to configure the dashboard to refresh automatically at a specified interval, such as every five minutes? This would allow for continuous monitoring of open conversations and other relevant metrics by displaying the dashboard on a dedicated monitor.

As, I have alredy taken a number into Meta Whatsapp cloud API, If i take another number can it be integrate with meta with same profile if i connect through WATI. As , I want to keep both the numbers

Can we create a flow of messages that's duration based? For example, from the time a customer is added as a contact, I want to send them timely messages say for example: First message within 1 hour of adding the contact Next message after 3 days Next message to be sent 7 days after the previous message in this automation was sent Next message to be sent 5 days after the previous message in this automation was sent and so on?

I have 17 counselors. When one of them send out a msg and if there is a response from the customer, now someone from the group is picking that. Can I get it specifically to the sender itself. If yes, how can i activate it??

Yes. Customers can block or report your number. However, to avoid chances of customers blocking your number, we recommend that you send messages to only opted-in Contacts and ensure that you provide a way for your contacts to opt out of messages using a keyword such as "STOP". Wati provides a way for you to set up opt-out with each message.

If you have a team of student counselors in your company, you can assign a particular counselor to a specific student in WhatsApp Business by using the Labels feature. No. Unfortunately, you can only map 1 WhatsApp number to a Wati account, while multiple agents can chat with your contacts through that single number from the Wati Web Portal or the app.
