A really fun skill similar to the knee back full is knee back half and regrab the bar. Didn’t take me too long to learn but was quite a fun little challenge

​@@wills_Xx Because they are gymnists who have competed at a very high level and have decades of experience (not sure how long stoney did gymnastics though), so of course they are going to be very talented and skilled. I had 100% agree they are extremely talented. Maybe you aren't aware of their gymnastic backgrounds or maybe its just because I'm an aussie, but to me their comment came off as sarcastic, its just how they worded it. Its like saying "bro, how did you afford this house" to a millionair. If they are rich then its kinda obvious how they could afford it.
