How do you turn the little knob to adjust wall thickness? Mine is stuck and this is not on the manual somehow??

You can't turn the knob to adjust for wall thickness. You either need the 4.8mm knob or 3.2mm knob depending on your tubing wall thickness. If you have the stock 4.8mm knobs and want to use 3.2mm wall tubing such as 1/2 x 3/4 or similar, you would need to order the 3.2mm knobs from Watson Marlow.
