13:01 ye jo park hai ismain naiphal gaon ke bacchhe khelte rehte hain kyuki naiphal gaon sec 5 se attached hai and as per law you cant create a boundary with them. Therefore sec 5 is not good for self living purpose.

1st phase me jo bhi project hai... Veridia or Eligo usme koi dikkat nahi hai... Jis plot ki registry hai usme bhi no problem.... 2nd phase me jo change hone the vo hold ho gaye hai

Dont buy or invest in Phase 2 now till things get cleared by concerned authority ( GDA ) and you can buy or invest in any project in Phase 1 without any hesitation or doubt in Mind ..Hope it helps 😊

Bhai ..This is to inform you that DPR of phase 2 got canceled on 29 August by GDA and this DPR was pertaining to Phase 2 ..Consquences would be declining premium in Phase 2 ..but no impact on Phase 1 ( Sec 1 to Sec 7 ) ..Future of Wave city phase 2 and Suncity depends on clearence of DPR ..Hope this helps !

I will look for other sources and get one Vila nearby in between Sector's 18 to 143 and get atleast 2 flats one for self and another as an investment to get some good returns on rental+ my own property.. Wave City' might be good but investing 1 - 2 Cr for 200 - 300 Gaj is not an good option I will invest 1.50Cr by buying atleast 80Lac 2 or 3 BHK apartments.
