Wave Or Not Wave

Hey Freddy I am on a 2019 DCT Tour. Got it a couple years ago...and love it. I have done about 150,000 km on Harleys. Last one was 2018 CVO Road Glide and I have ALWAYS waved..... to ALL riders.....all the time. No matter what they were on, didn't matter. Its the classic Harley mentality, you're not on a Harley so you don't exist BS, Its all too much ego. I started on a 1984 Honda Magna then to a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard and during that time rarely get a wave or even talked to from Harley riders. As soon as I got Harleys everybody was my buddy. Now that I am on the Wing all that has changed too the point now when my buddy and I go riding (he is on a Harley) and I always lead, that when most Harley riders pass us they will hold their wave right until I pass then drop the 2 down to him as I pass, like little kids. I wave and look to interact with everyone when on two's. Some wave, some don't. My guess is they have their reasons and I have mine. I ride a Goldwing now and i will ride a Harley cruiser in the future, that said the motorcycle brand may change but the brain and head connected to the handlebars won't and If i'm a jerk on a Honda i'll be a jerk on a Harley. Wave or no wave. GbeWinginit and i am out!

Thanks for your inputs, GBe! I, too, will ride anything that I like and am not partial to any brand. I do say my Goldwing DCT Tour is the best yet!

What you don’t understand is some riders are better than you😅. It is beneath them to wave, get over it. Oh and it’s not primarily Harley riders. BMW adventure rider had a bit of an attitude as well. My opinion/experience not facts.
