In the control settings, analog 2 left and right is for "roll" and up and down is for "pitch". You can see these in the input settings if you go into the test mode.

How did you get rid of the "No drive board" message?

I think it was from using an older version of Demul. This still has the problem with the black box at the bottom right, but I believe there are no problems on the emulator Flycast.
