My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this. ♥

Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

To anyone who's reading this. I know life is tough, full of sacrifices, full of pain that's so hard to endure. I know you've been through a lot for the past years of your life. I know you've been crying your heart out. I know you've been asking yourself "why?", "for all of people, why me?". I know life is really hard as we get older. I know sometimes we feel like we don't want this pain anymore. I know sometimes we thought of what if i'll just end it here? What if I'll cut these ties and just simply let go? What if I'll just disappear? I know you've been searching your whole life what could be the reason behind all of this pain. I know you've been crying while hiding at your pillows and blankets. I know it's painful. I know it's hard. I know you wanted to give up already. But look at you now. You're still here. Despite all of those thoughts and experiences, you are still here and fighting. Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. I am no expert in giving advices to people, but we just need to be transparent to see peoples emotions, and so we can understand them. Stay strong. I know you can get through all of this. I fall asleep to this every night, it’s the only way for me to sleep. You see, I have terrible insomnia and usually have to take Melatonin or something to get me to even remotely relax but knowing it’s not good for me to take them every night, I don’t. But recently I found this video and it has changed my life significantly. Reminding me of my life when I was little(going down the shore and listening to the waves) as well as the fact I can actually get a full nights rest without having to do too much, truly thank you for providing us with this video/sound.
