Beautiful! I've attempted a couple of your designs. Your tutorials are great!!! What type of cord do you use? The one I have is TOOOOO waxy. It isn't glossy and does not glide smoothly like yours. After all the knotting and handling it becomes very dull. 😞 Would you mind sharing the type/brand of cord you use??? Thanks again for sharing your designs!!!!

Calidiver74 are you using waxed cotton? I'm running into the same issue. Ordered some waxed polyester online can't wait to use it instead

No, I've used waxed polyester. No bueno! I feel it would glide better if it wasn't waxed.

hmm...well IDK then. I've seen them mention on other uploads that they use waxed poly. Still on the hunt for the perfect cord myself

You can buy the nylon macrame cords on Amazon or Etsy (CraftandBeadsInc is nice.) Most are very smooth and easy to knot, and you can burn the ends too. Not waxed! Some colors are a bit stiff, particularly, black, no idea why.
