Jiren has 3 types of that counter. (Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these knowledgeable players) The Light version is the slowest but counters everything besides Grabs and Supers The Medium version is the of his counter only counters lows but is very fast (Used sometimes in his stagger pressure) His Heavy Version is a frame 1 counter that has the same properties as his light version but just faster.

@@n1ghtmaren1bbles Correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't his heavy (EX) counter high and low? Because I noticed Light version counters high while medium does low. I also realized he has a counter that literally makes him ZOOM across the screen and grab the opponent. I noticed the ki blast the Gohan shot was blocked by the counter you can barely notice the block sprite behind Jiren.
