It’s so ethereal and at the same time, the complexity makes you want to linger and explore. Beautifully done.

... So I am late to the Encaustic party... I have fallen in love with it. Santa gave me many supplies, but my first attempt was a total failure ha! I learned a lot, and I am going to attempt this project on a smaller scale. Thank you for showing the steps.

I am new to encaustic! I love your videos! Re clear encaustic medium. I see that you can get it in blocks or pellets. Is one preferred over the other? Also, I do not have a hotbox and don't plan to get one ($600+). Can I still work with encaustic?

Where to order PVA glue, Sheri? Can I use Elmers washable glue instead? Thank you!!
@ShariReplogle4 жыл бұрын
Hi Lucy ! You can usually find all of the supplies used in the project that week on the blog at sharirepogle.com. Last week was so busy I didn't get a chance to make a post I am so sorry. I get the PVA glue from Amazon it is available in most Art Stores like Blicks, Jerrys, etc that carry bookbinding tools. This glue is acid free and archival as apposed to Elmers . Hope this helps and have lots of fun !
