It may just be me but I think he’s a great builder and obviously a lot of others agree but sometimes I feel like it’s too much. Like too many “details”. Personally I like more simplistic builds but not too dull. None the less he’s great and does deserve a lot more attention

A lead can get animals out of the boats. The Villagers aren't getting stuck on the waterfall, they do it for fun. I have witnessed this in regular villages, sometimes it's a family affair.

For the old structures that are repeated in the new ancient city - you could do a graveyard or cult/seance area. With graves, candles all over, a lecturn maybe and some skelly skulls:)) since that's the vibe I get from them already- I'm sure you could make it even better! Minecraft has an incorporated weather system that is loosely tied to its insomniac system. Basically, if you go more then three days without sleeping, the rain starts. The longer you go without sleeping, the more frequent and worse the weather gets. I suspect, though I am not sure, that since you spend so long on building some of these projects without sleeping that the weather cycle is running its course.

I have a suspicion as to why some animals die in the boats on the drop. There is a weird thing in Java where if you drop 46 blocks (I think it's 46, or possibly 48) passengers will die. Drop one block more or one block less and all is fine. The ones who died didn't land on the path, they landed on a block taller than the land. That may be the "magic" number.

New to you. 😃 And Ok... just WOWZERS! I Absolutely LOVE your world & this build. That dance floor is some next level design work though! I've always wanted to make one & this inspired me to tackle it - Today! - for the holidays! 😁 Only time I've played with Sculk sensors/lights so far was waterlogged sensors/R.S. lamps for a winding path to my house. I love how the lights come & go. I have hanging lanterns above so things are Just bright enough, but I especially like the "motion detector" path lights as they keep me on my toes for mobs at night.
