Hey Rod! This is a very nice home. I love the in law or parents suite. What caught my attention is the closet is “not” in the bathroom. Separate bath and closet. 👍🏽. Owners suite is spacious! Love the light fixture and layout. Price points are on point. I’m in Atlanta and it appears to be the going price point these days. So many new homes popping up starting at $399k to $500k. Love what you said about you sell all price point homes. Just bc we see Luxury homes does not mean you’re not available for other price points. 👍🏽 As always love your content and Merry Christmas to you and the family! 💐😊

Pricing is adjusting to meet the market (finally :-). And yes, that comment was very important. You've no idea how often I hear, "we didn't call because we thought you didn't work in those price points" Couldn't be further from the truth 😉🏡 Whether you can afford $100K or a $1MM, call me 📞 Every client gets the same level of service!
