Waxing the upstairs floor of Bramble Cottage. Sue Davies

Here, I'm using a furniture wax that I already had to add a light sheen on the floor for the attic bedroom of Bramble Cottage.
Wax or varnish in the direction of the boards with a soft cloth. Then buff up a bit.
Remember, no old original floor made from wooden boards was ever 'perfect', so if anything is a bit wonky here and there it adds character.
