Elijah, the fish is phenomenal, fantastic job as well as the narrative re the process & recipe. Try one sandwich and a side next time like salad or green beans. Those fish sandwichs are big, one is a healthy portion. A fast metabolism would mean u wouldn’t be overweight as u would burn the calories and not gain weight. U r overweight but losing weight and looking good now. Keep up the exercise and try smaller portions.
