Waxman Preventing Future UArts-like University Closures in Pennsylvania

Pa. state Rep. Ben Waxman is pleased to report that legislation included in the 2024-25 state budget will help protect students at private colleges and universities by requiring those institutions to publicize and provide advanced notice of the school closing so that what happened at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia never happens again anywhere in the commonwealth.
