Starsoft Wax

Starsoft clear wax is one of their newest hard wax formulas! It is specially formulated for extra sensitive skin and contains no known allergens. This wax formulation is second only to Mermaid Wax Signature Series which is Allergen Free/Hypo-Allergenic & Vegan Friendly, super elastic, but still cools super fast. Starsoft might not be Vegan Friendly, but is very good for sensitive skin and very elastic. The downside; it takes forever to cool so it's not great for speed waxing.
This hard wax is free of any pine rosins, perfumes, coloring agents and preservatives. When using the Starsoft, it's important to remember to keep it at a lower temperature since it's melting point is even less than the blue or pink film hard wax. This wax goes on completely clear and slowly turns more opaque when drying. Again, it takes a little bit longer to set compared to the blue or pink hard wax but does a great job at removing the hair!

I still prefer the blue film hard wax, it works fantastic for me during Brazilian waxes. It sounds like she is doing something incorrect while doing a Brazilian? There could be many factors so we would have to use a process of elimination to figure out why it isn't working for her (temp of wax, amount she's using, how she's applying and removing, time period she's leaving the wax on for, etc)

Exfoliation!! If you can get them to exfoliate on a regular basis that will help them SO much! PFB Vanish helps a lot too!

Both! Oil is a good barrier for the skin and powder soaks up any sweat or moisture leftover on the skin.
