Blessindia, I felt the same way when I heard this verse. It comforted me, knowing others at times have felt they didn't feel God's presence, or felt He wasn't answering prayers. Or course, we know He ie always present and He always answers prayers. But it was teaching me that we cannot rely on our feelings or our circumstances. Feelings and circumstances change, but God says "I am the Lord; I do not change" (Mic. 3:6). Our God is so loving, merciful and understanding, forgiving, compassionate! ❤
