I remember picking this game up at blockbuster as a kid one Friday 20 some odd years ago. I played it all night experiencing the different endings and paths. It's a core memory to me.

There's only like 3 guides for it too which means it's really hard to know how to unlock everything. That's how few people played it

I remember playing this on the PSP back in the day. Would be at work lunch trying to listen to the story and play when it was so close to go back to the desk, had me tripping up the stairs 😂. I cannot tell you how many swords I broke

I wasted so many hours trying to find the ninja wand. I still don't believe it exists. I broke so many swords too because it was so hard to get money, and bodies stayed standing forever

There's a modern version on steam. Way if the samurai 4. But imo it's the weakest of all

This was a really good game back in the day. I remember I ended quite a few 'runs' just to save or collect a new sword I found.

I've only played 3 and 4 and, while I didn't get too much into 4, I really played the crap out of 3. Love that game, even though I suck at it.

3 and 4 are going the weakest of the series in my opinion, if you can, try 2

Games that let you be the character you want to play, instead of forcing you into certain archetypes, are awesome. Talk about an older game that had multiple paths and choices: the original Deus Ex game. So much nostalgia!

I love the old deus ex, I think alpha protocol did it super well too but for some reason was super hated
