Damn, that's a really good guide, i've been getting characters to master and Dhalsim is literally the last one, did the ft10, lost 8 lol, dropped to platinum and now got him to d4, he's surprisingly fun to play, he has the complexity that I feel some characters lack on this game, just wished I got to see this video sooner.

imo I would prioritize learning b.mk or db.hp into M Flame and jab confirms into drive rush or super, that'll get you the most mileage early on

Great video! Thanks! The main issue with Dhalsim I have is the Dualsense controller. It is a pain that almost all of his combos require to end it with a 63214 command. Like 4mk 63214pp etc. It is super hard for me on a PS5 controller. Considering I have to rely on them a lot of time. I manage to do them from time to time. But often enough I drop combos :(

I know Sim players who play on pad, including the Sim god Mr. Crimson. It's all a matter of practice and patience. Execution you'll grind out and eventually it'll be easy!

​@ReadyF0RHeady almost every match-up the moment u get knocked down....but due to the new drive reversal change I would say (Ken, bison, Akuma, kimberly, juri, ect...) these characters are very very oppressive smothering dhalsim ....and either there air approach is really strong or there neutral skip ability is very strong getting them in faster than the average character...which means sometimes u won't be able to play the game
