I love this song...great lyrics! "I'm a mountain...c'mon and climb" ..Waylon must have written this one! "My love's a light Babe...it's on all the time" NO ONE else can write stuff like this...or sing it with that much emotion!

The funny thing it's that when I bought this record "What goes around" it didn't like a lot, I found it too bluesy and less country. Now I don't think that anymore, left over the kitch cover, it was really a great record. But he did ever make a bad one? Paul

'Come With Me' written by Chuck Howard Sr - a not too successful 1950's Rockabilly (Crazy Crazy Baby) then a country singer / guitarist...but a better songwriter (wrote Hag's 'I'm Always on a Mountain When I Fall'). From Kentucky - died heart attack August 1983 - Noted for - He played guitar on and wrote/co-wrote 4 songs for Ringo Starr's 1970 country album 'Beaucoups of Blues'...His son Chuck Howard is a big time producer / publisher / A&R (e.g. later Hank Jr - LeAnn Rimes to Trick Pony)...srj
