11:47 The standard Texas license plate is ABC-1234, but instead of a dash, it’s a small Texas. The State outsourced vanity plates to a company called Myplates, who probably managed to argue that since “ABC 1234” “ABC-1234” etc. are read by plate readers as “ABC1234” the space is cosmetic as opposed to a machine-readable character 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m guessing that’s the rationale, but the simple answer is that no, the space does not count towards the seven characters.

Waymo might had made the software to stop when something is detected under the car ( as learned from Cruise ) .. in this case ,I think the car is detecting the road bump as something underneath and stop ))

I just watched a lengthy Reddit post comparing Tesla to Waymo, and Waymo is way ahead with their use of the latest technology. That poster sees Tesla as sticking with outdated tech that will never become fully self-driving, whereas Waymo is rapidly expanding their service areas and is safer and more flexible.
