the 2 is a very crucial card in triple draw. if i had a 2 and 2 cards 8 or lower, it would have been ok.

how much is buy in for this blind level?

Little late here but it looks like Wayne is in for about $250-300 in the beginning. Most limit games you should at least buy in for the maximum amount of bets per game, usually thats 12 big bets. When I play limit I usually start with about 30 Big Bets in front of me. Thats usually enough to not have to buy more chips if you loose a hand or two and still not be too short. It is beneficial to have at least a few more big bets than you might think you need incase the pot is straddled, or incase it gets heads up and you are playing where unlimited raises are allowed heads up. For a $12/24 game like this I would probably buy in for $600, thats enough to loose a little and not have to top up.
