When I was living in a homeless shelter for victims of domestic violence with my four-year-old daughter after my father threw me out of our family home I met Wayne Dyer at ilecture and he spent about 10 minutes with me visiting listening just his presence was transformative for me. He later sent me a few books that he had signed and it really brought me back from the failure that I was living because of being homeless. After almost getting killed by my ex to returning to my father who was my original abuser it was a blessing it was a god-send to have been in the presence that turned my life around even though I was in a homeless shelter with my four-year-old
