Dan (Marino) & Wayne (Gretzky) Thank you both for another really fun video. Again, I'm not a Craps player (generally) but watching you two together with a decent size bankroll is really fun !! You make a great team - Keep the videos coming.

Thank you for the mention, and an interesting and scary session. I usually buy in for $40 on $3 bubble craps, with the prospect of $10 - $20 profit. My having a preference on the Lay 4 instead of the Lay 10, that is with a Don't Pass bet on come out. Where there is no Don't Pass bet protection required, I have no preference on a Lay 4 or Lay 10, but the machine did seem to roll 10s more than 4s. I was trying to imagine the profit/loss map that I think the machine works out for each roll on each of the dice combinations, and it was confusing, and might have been a confusing picture for the machine also. I like the use of the Field bet, which denies the machine a safe neutral area of the horn numbers. Making substantial 6/8 place bets will have made rolling a 7 a more difficult prospect. It had me worried when the machine rolled 6-3(9) with the sizeable Lay 10 bet, and likewise rolled 1-4(5) with the Lay 4 bet. Some suggestion to me that the machine's "under the table" workings were not 100%. Some dice flips in the video did not go the house-profit way, suggesting the same. I doubt if the Strip bubble craps will be as generous for player profit. I have my ideas to try out, but not expecting such an easy time. Very happy that Wayne came away with a profit.

I’ve been telling Wayne about some of your observations and he find them very interesting! I forgot that the preference for lay 4 was specific to the don’t pass…Wayne has always favored the 10 lay ( puts $1100 on it when playing live) so we were discussing wether or not the 4 is less preferable and for what reasons. I agree that there seems to be some sore of profit loss mapping…I’ve been referring to it as accounting and have been using it to help predict the rolls. The swings seems to be somewhat consistent and may be attributed to an underlying calculation… 🤷♂️. Watching Wayne play with a big bankroll has me speculating the machine may also calculate total risk vs potential reward for accounting purposes…a bigger spread seems to equal bigger potential if that makes sense. I like how Wayne incorporates the field and c&e into the mix…I’m going to have to try and figure that one out!

Go Wayne! I like the guy and the way he plays and still I’ve yet to see him win! I don’t get why not? Bubble Craps is tough apparently or it’s fixed!

Well, finally a win! I’m glad to see it. Wayne did some smart calls and caught some good runs at the end. I knew he could do it because he’s a smart player overall! Good! 👍🏻

That’s what I play except I cover 5-6-8 and the Field also I increase the bet by one at a spin.

I am confused. What’s was the point of $1000 with betting this low? I 😂😂😂

Having an adequate bankroll to overcome any negative variance is gambling 101…his buy-in wasn’t for show, he was ready to put it into play if necessary. If you take a look at his string of losses in the beginning you’ll notice he increases his bets every time…a few losses more losses and he would have had to bet a few hundred per roll. A big bankroll is not a means to play recklessly for a seasoned gambler…it’s a tool to accomplish the job…with this one being a 10% profit. He tells me he loses every now and then like everyone else…but I’ve yet to see it. With that being said…Make sure you stay tuned, I’m sure some of his sessions will surprise you!

Wanye uses progressions to recover losses, so although he may only need to “use” all of it under certain circumstances, he would ultimately prefer things work out with his initial bet sizing and doesn’t need to go deeper to book a win…but it’s there if he needs it.
