Thanks Steve This winery attracted me because Wayne Gretzky was a famous hockey player in the NHL , but he sold it in 2011 but it kept the same name . I did bought a few bottles which are already drank 🤪 this was in October 2018 . It’s a nice place to visit the 2 boutiques are very neat 👌 . Thanks Anthony 😉👍 After the rain comes the blue skies they say ! 🌈😉 We also had a lot of rain a week ago and mixed with the winter snow melting the province of Quebec had a lot of flooding from all the rivers over flowing…it’s one of the worst year . Where we are staying we’re ok . We started to have nice blue skies with temperatures around 28 Celsius starting last Friday so it will help a lot and even now it’s a blue sky and around 20 Celsius which is perfect . So you have a new king 🤴 now , did you watch the ceremony? We only saw it a bit on the news , quite amazing as we never saw this and will probably never will again ??? . Thanks for asking about Hélène she is doing great progress and now after only 5 1/2 weeks she can walk a kilometer without any help and in the house the same thing . It’s quite incredible , but she does makes all the efforts doing her exercises twice a day and once week she goes to a physiotherapist the do new exercises and see the progress she does and that’s beside the pain pills she takes …but she started to slow down with the pain pills . It can take up to 3 months before she recovers completely. I am quite proud of her ! 😉 In 4 weeks from now it will be my last video on KZbin for quite a while…I am taking a big ! big !big ! break! And have no idea when I will come back or what I will do ! I will be watching some channels once in a while but nothing more ! I would like to thanks you my friend for all your support and friendship we have since over 4 years now …I will always be around looking at your channel if ever you do start back uploading . It’s a nice place and we only tasted the wine 🍷 we don’t drink whiskey 🥃 or any other alcoholic drinks. Hélène hardly drinks …I do drink beer 🍺 on the weekends. But we love to visit these places it’s so nice inside the boutique . I do remember you telling us in one of our first video of a winery that you both don’t drink …that’s ok ! Bel emplacement et bel emplacement de stationnement directement le numéro 99 Wine pardon Wayne Gretzky😂 je ne savais pas que le célèbre hockeyeur avait sa distillerie. Tu film tu Serge?😂 comme dirait Hélène. Bonne occasion aussi d’acheter des souvenirs du numéro 99 la boutique est vraiment belle. Le manteau de marque Roots M’intéresse vraiment. J’aurais bien aimé essayer son whisky. Et si ils en ont du vin fortifié. En plus c’était le vignoble de ses grands-parents! Nice la patinoire avec le 99 géant. Je pense que Wayne Gretzky peux être fière de son vignoble. Bonne soirée mon chum. ❤

Salut Sylvain et merci de regarder la vidéo! 🤪 J’ai ma place de réserver à l’année…🤣🤣🤣 C’est mon chum …Lol!🤪Semblerais que " Wine Gretzky " 🤪 à vendue ses parts mais le nom demeure ??? Il a vendu en octobre 2011 à Andrew Peller . Ce n’était pas le vignoble de ses grands-parents …la photo que tu as vue était la maison de ses grands-parents à Canning en Ontario . Je ne suis pas un fan de hockey mais le vignoble m’attirait et il est très beau . Vas falloir que tu ailles chercher ton manteau car je n’y retourne pas avant un bon bout de temps 🤣🤣🤣 c’est vrai qu’il est très beau 🤩C’est un des très beaux vignobles dans le coin de Niagara-on-the-Lake et c’est à boire …Lol! Voir … 🤪 Hélène vas bien elle marche sans aide de rien ( marchette où canne ) après 5 semaines seulement et fait environ 1 kilomètre en marche dehors par jour … même 2 fois aujourd’hui et je suis très fier d’elle 😉👍 Il me reste 4 vidéos à publier ensuite je prend une pause de KZbin et je ne sais pas quand je vais revenir ni quoi je vais publier . Alors un gros merci 🥰 de m’avoir supporté et d’avoir regardé nos vidéos durant ces 3 années ont ne se perd pas de vues mais je prend mes distance pour un bon bout de temps. This winery and distillery is so big and so stunning😍. I wouldn't mind visiting it that's for sure as there are lots of good stuff there😉! As I don't follow Hockey, my guess is that Wayne Gretzky was a Ice Hockey legend player right and he built the winery and distillery on his grandparents' old homestead? He did a good job of it too👏. He doesn’t own the winery no more since 2011 he sold it to Craig McDonald but It stills have the name of Gretzky . The boutique is very nice . Yes another nice winery 🍷 and distillery of whisky 🥃 Wayne Gretzky was a very popular hockey player in the NHL in Canada/USA . We didn’t taste the whisky because we don’t drink any spirits but sure must be good 🤪 We are doing fine , Hélène is getting better everyday i don’t remember if I told you but she was operated for a new knee on the 30 of March she is now a bionic woman . She walks with no help of any sorts…she can walk 1 kilometer a day since a few days now and sometimes twice a day, with the nice weather we have this spring she is very happy and I am very proud of her . I have 4 videos uploaded for the next 4 weeks after that I am taking a break from KZbin and don’t know when I will be back or what I will publish . After 4 1/2 years publishing a video a week and even 2 at sometime I need a break . I will be watching some channel that I love like yours so we still will be in contact . Bonjour Hélène et Serge, tous d'abords pleins d'excuses pour le long retard pour le commentaire de ta vidéo, nous sommes rentrés des USA il y a plus d'une semaine et le temps de reprendre nos habitudes le décalage horaire qui nous a demandé deux trois jours et surtout le jardin qui avait besoin d'un bon entretien. Grace à ta vidéo nous avons vu que nous avions raté toute cette région lorsque nous sommes allés à Niagara et nous ne savions pas que c'était une région vinicole nous sommes passé à côté et c'est dommage car ce que tu nous montre est très jolie cette exploitation a vraiment de l'allure et est très chic , le Whisky Canadien est très réputé et d'ailleurs j'en consomme quelquefois, nous espérons que la rééducation d'Hélène se passe bien . Y a pas de souci Nicole et Michel 👩‍❤️‍👨 C’est tellement dur sur le corps ces changements d’heures ont est tout déboussolé 🤪 Oui Niagara on the Lake est une région vinicole très reconnu et excellente …nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et chaque fois on se régale et ça me coute cher car j’achète beaucoup de bouteilles 🤪 Vas falloir que vous reveniez faire cette région 🤣 avec nous 😉👍 Mais pour le whisky 🥃 nous allons te le laisser car on ne boit pas ça 😜 mais j’en doute pas ça doit être bon le whisky canadien 👌Hélène vas super bien , j’en reviens pas comment elle marche bien après seulement 6 semaines .Elle prends des marches d’environ 1 kilomètres par jours et des fois 2 fois par jour. Elle prend encore des médicaments 💊 pour la douleur mais bientôt de moins en moins . Hier nous avons eu une grosse journée pour les funérailles de Thérèse la maman d’Hélène . Salut mon chum ! 😎 Oui un beau vignoble et le vin est très bon …mais le whisky 🥃 on a pas goûté car on ne touche pas aux boissons fortes beaucoup. J’ai déjà commenté ta vidéo d’Italie 😉👍 Bien heureux pour vous d’avoir pris des vacances ce printemps . All these wineries look worth stopping off at. Difficult to enjoy too much of the wine when driving on road trips and of course difficult to take home (for us anyway). We saw a few vineyards last week in Shropshire. Global warming is making viticulture more viable nowadays in new places.
