5 pillars of islam: shahada - believing that non has the right to be worshipped except Allah sawm - fasting in the month of ramadhan salah - performing the 5 obligatory prayers hajj - annual pilgrimage to mecca for those who have the capacity ie. financially and physically & lastly ZAKAT - this one needs an explanation. Zakat is basically Alms giving (giving in charity) and it has some rules. For you to qualify t0 give zakat, you should have the minimum amount (nisab) Nisab is the minimum amount of wealth a Muslim must have-after calculating necessary expenses-to be eligible to contribute zakat. Nisab is equivalent to the current value of 3 ounces of gold. (apprx $4478) then you should have this amount for a period of 1yr without it decreasing, then you give 2.5% of this amount as zakat pillars of faith are 6 Believe in Allah Believe in Allah's angels Believe in the messengers of Allah Believe in the books Allah has revealed Believe in the existence of the last day - so you are sure that after death there will be judgement day And lastly believing in Qadr - Al-Qadr is the concept that Allah knows everything and has already decided everything that will happen. This is called predestination. in lay man terms, what was meant to hit you will not miss you and what was meant to miss you will not hit you. May Allah guide us all and forgive our sins and accept our good deeds. May Allah help those who are in difficulty and distress. May Allah answer our prayers. May Allah give all muslims good in this life and good in the hereafter, a good end and admit us to jannah AMIN

many people get confused why this kid said "Salavery" but that actually come from the wrong translation muslims deliver to the west some muslims use to say "we are the slaves of allah" !! , and that's the wrong part it should be "we are the servants of allah" as the word Salavery in english it tied to bad meaning we should not use it to tie ourselves to our god
