Well, the time has finally come. Waypoint is closing up shop on June 2nd, and the crew is here to talk through how it all went down, and what we may or may not be doing next. We have a month so a lot of that is still in the air, but we get out some grief and step forward into our final month as a Website.

I fear for the future of games coverage that goes whole hog on the influencer focus - criticism like Waypoint's has felt like a beacon since I stumbled upon it. I just heard Vice is shutting down. I'm gonna guess Waypoint is too. Im sorry, but I dont (haven't) watch(ed) your stuff very much. I dont find it entertaining if Im being honest, but Ive followed (read or watched) several of ya'll for years from other places so i watch your videos from time to time and always wish you well.
