The problem is he gave her $100 and she was on drugs. I many times fed her with my own food. I'm upset that you won't buy her own groceries. Am I wrong for not continue to feed her? I need prayer for peace as I learn how to live life without drugs and alcohol. I am clean for almost 4 months now, but not using is only the first step. I don't know how to take care of myself but I'm trying really hard. My thoughts go crazy around everything all the time, how to eat right, am I exercising right, am I making the right choices. It's a daily battle in my mind to trust God. Thank you Joyce for being there for me everyday. I love you.

Hi Joyce! Thank you for all that you do! I am much much work in progress, but when you talk about how you were and how you are, we are so much alike. I recently lost my job, age 52. Because I struggle still, growing up in alcoholic home, father abused mom, it is long story. I still love my dad, I hope he is in Heaven, throught out my whole life, I would try to get him to accept Jesus. I understand why my dad acted like he did, I miss him every day. My mom is still with me. Praise the Lord! She will be 82 in October! She is 30 years older than I. My sisters do not live by us, but I am still grateful for every day I have her. I wish so much she could enjoy Life. Thank you for your sermons!
