Yes. You gotta wait for it to rain at Lookout Landing. As soon as the torches behind Purah go out, she'll attempt to walk over to cover. Only then can you fuse the carts under her.

Any npc that is in a walking state can be moved in this way. An npc that is in a standing state that cannot be interrupted cannot be moved. If an npc has walked or has been forced to moved from one of it's designated standing state positions it can always be picked up. Any npc that will run away from links ultrahand power can be moved if you can capture them. Same thing applies to most animals.

Saw a streamer kidnap fake Zelda from hyrule castle (some sort of library room with a hole in the ceiling iirc) and do exactly that. Slow going at first; you cant have link too close or it will trigger the mob spawns and she'll vanish.. but if you are careful you can position the stuff to lift/push her toward you, and then you can liftoff with her. Make sure to save.

How did your contraption not disappear? Everytime I create a flying object, it disappears on me after about a minute

Are you using the glider or balloon? Those both have a limited duration, since they can be operated without using any battery power. OP is using sleds as the base platform and fans to power it, he just needs to keep eating giant zonai cores to keep refilling his battery

@@BoredCat0 Odd. I just played with this today and when I learned from this vid or another I needed it to rain, I quickly made a camp fire and stayed until night. My first try had it raining when Link "woke up", so Purah was already over in her rain spot (I probably could have just waited for it to stop raining to get her when she moved back), and then second time I sat by a fire, it was going to rain in 6 game hours.

Lookout Landing has a normal weather cycle like the rest of Central Hyrule. If it's not raining for you that's either a bug or just bad luck.
