The main difference between WayV and the other NCT units is that WayV sings predominantly in Mandarin while the other units sing predominantly in Korean! WayV’s members are all of Chinese descent, but of varying nationalities (for example Ten, the guy dancing solo in the guitar dance break, is Thai). WayV also have released English versions of their b-sides such as Love Talk and Bad Alive, which I recommend y’all to check out since you guys loved Regular English version so much! "mr. soft eyes telling you to run that back again" is one of my favorite members named Ten. Beautiful eyes and voice. Fantastic dancer. Speaks english. Now before you say "Moonwalk" is the one, check out WayV's "Turn Back Time" official mv.. And another group to consider to do reactions to is SuperM...their mvs "Jopping" "100" "Tiger Inside" and "One" (Infinity and Monster). Like I said, Nct is the hotspot now, but groups you still need to check out other than these two will blow your mind. The production value is outta this world. My boy Ten is also in SuperM, which is a group that combines some of the best members from 3 individual groups under SM Entertainment...SHINEE, EXO and NCT...SHINEE and EXO being like royalty of kpop for minimum 10 years.💙🌺

LOL you can't go by their hair color because it usually changes with each song. The one you pointed out was Yang Yang, the baby of the group at only 20 years old. He's one of my favs too because he speaks like... 6? 7? languages and was raised in Germany, so his English has a slight German accent that's really cute. WayV (We Are Your Vision) is my very favorite unit because it has Ten and Hendery and WinWin in it. :) All of them are fantastic and talented and just... wow. And they are the "crazy" ones. They aren't afraid to do outlandish stunts. You have to see Bad Alive: Princess Version. They love WinWin so much that they dressed as princesses for his birthday. It's adorable and hilarious (my fav is Yang Yang dressed as Ariel and trying to dance in a fish tail dress, lol!)

WayV is the fourth sub-unit of NCT debuted on 2019 with 7 members (4 of them are actually part of NCT 127 and NCT U before debuting on WayV). They are managed by the chinese label of SM, label V. They are part of NCT but because of the tense relation between China - Korea so they need to change their name into WayV, they need to be managed by a chinese label, and they need to distance themselves in any NCT promotions 😭 NCT 2020 is their 23 member comeback (with 2 new members + wayv members doing a promotion in korea with other NCT members) They debuted with the chinese version of Regular (you already reacted on NCT 127's regular, so you are already familiar with the song, it's just that it is in chinese). The members also came from various cities only 3 of them are from mainland china (Kun, Winwin & Xiaojun) Ten is from Thailand Yangyang is from Taiwan but his nationality is German Hendery is chinese but from Macau Lucas is from Hong Kong, her mom is Thai and his dad is chinese, his nationality is Chinese

Because WayV (which stands for We Are Your Vision) is part of NCT, NCT's whole dream concept is also part of WayV's storyline and concept. As with everything NCT does, it all has to do with dreams, dreaming or something to do with being in a dream state. Some fans who are into SM group theories have also speculated that NCT's storyline also connects to EXO's storyline, just like how many believe that Red Velvet is also connected to EXO's storyline. I think that SM may even have set it up so that at least all of their third generation groups -- and now maybe even fourth gen. groups, with the introduction of aespa who has an Avatar concept -- have storylines that connect, link together and intertwine. On a side note: We have discovered since the release of SuperM's "One (Monster & Infinity)" MV, that it now looks as though aespa is also connected to the whole group storyline and is probably part of the whole SM Universe, which is all part of one giant story. Aespa is a four member girl group whose concept revolves around the fact that their name means "Avatar experience." Each of the girls has their own Avatar character, which means they also are superhero-like beings. We will have to wait to see whether aespa joins forces with SuperM or if they end up (joining Red Velvet?) becoming part of the Red Force. Since the creation of SuperM, where they are now taking members from each of SM's most popular groups and creating an Avengers supergroup, I think that was SM's first indication that from now on we need to pay attention, because all of its groups' MVs are somehow connected. If the SuperM Avengers are coming together to help EXO stop the Red Force, I think the members who are part of SuperM are the liaisons who are helping to connect all the groups -- EXO, Taemin/SHINee, NCT and WayV -- together. For example, right after SuperM released "Jopping," WayV came out with "Moonwalk" and I think "Moonwalk" is pretty much a continuation or another part of "Jopping's" storyline. I also think WayV's next MV for their song "Turn Back Time" is also part of that story. With NCT's dream concept, they could very easily connect to EXO's other world and other dimension theories. I even see parts of the story in "Moonwalk" and "Turn Back Time" that could be connected to SuperM's most recent MV for "One (Monster & Infinity)." When Lucas is suspended in the air in "One (Monster & Infinity)" I see similarities to the fact that he is supposed to be a fallen angel in "Turn Back TIme" who is also floating in the air. I also wonder if WayV actually has the power to turn back time, similar to Tao's superpower in EXO -- will it be their job to help fix the problems in EXO's and SuperM's storyline by turning back time? And, as you may have noticed, Ten (the solo dancer in the black and white striped shirt) and Lucas (the tall rapper who you see first in the "Moonwalk") have a pivotal role in the storyline in "Moonwalk," which I think is because they are members of SuperM and they are coming to gather the other members of WayV to bring them into the fight. I think the apocalyptic scenes you see happening in "Moonwalk" are connected to the fact that at the end of EXO's "Obsession" MV we see the world burning as the EXO members battle their alter ego clones X-EXO for control. And, I think it also is connected to the fact that we see the world burning as if an apocalypse is happening in Lay's "Sheep Alan Walker relift" version MV. (Lay is the Chinese member of EXO.) I also don't think WayV are on Earth in "Moonwalk," or, at least, not a version of Earth that we are familiar with. I think WayV may be either in a dream universe or in another time and place in the future. Just like how EXO is thought to be traveling between time periods and alternate realities in their search for the Tree of Life and quest to stop the Red Force, etc. So on that note, I think people need to pay attention to all of the storylines with all of SM's groups, because I think at least all of SM's third generation groups' MVs and storylines are being designed to connect stories and plots. Each group has their own individual storyline and concept, but when you put them all together there are threads of connection between the groups. And that includes EXO, Red Velvet, NCT/WayV, aespa and maybe even Taemin's solo work (and possibly -- but not 100% sold on the idea -- even eventually SHINee, even though they are technically 2nd generation. Even though SHINee are second gen, they actually fit within the age group of third generation groups, so they sort of bridge that gap between 2nd and 3rd gen. So who knows, when SHINee comes back maybe SM will draw them into the storyline as well.)

NCT has subunits. They are NCT Dream, NCT 127, NCT U and WayV. NCT U has interchangeable members, so for any given song you will see combinations of members from the other groups. The entire NCT has 23 members. The video that you all are leading up to, Resonance, has all 23 members together for that video and is a mash up of the 3 latest songs from NCT U, plus 2 others. The group SuperM has members from NCT 127, WayV, and from 2 other separate groups, Exo and Shinee, that are under the same company, SM Entertainment. SuperM has been touted as the "Avengers of K-Pop" and their music is phenomenal. Check out their videos for Jopping, One, 100, and Tiger Inside to name a few. You will love them!

WayV is like NCT127 as a fixed unit with a based region/country ☺️ WayV (fixed unit) is the NCT unit based in China. - so their songs are in Mandarin. But they are not limited on that. They also promote in Korea sometimes, and they also have some english songs as well. NCT 127 (fixed unit) is the unit based in Seoul, Korea - so obviously, their songs are in Korean but they also promote in Japan and in US as well. The first fixed unit in NCT. They have another fixed unit but in different system: NCT Dream (rotation system) - initially formed to follow an aged-based admission-graduation system in which members would move on from the unit after reaching the Korean age of 20 (19 internationally), in 2020 SM Entertainment announced the admission-graduation system to be removed, with previously graduated member Mark set to return, and NCT Dream will continue future activities as a flexible-style group with the seven original members. (same as NCT-U in that sense, but will only rotate on the 7 members of this unit)

You don't have to give up "90s Love", hah! WayV is a different unit so you can have a fav song for each unit. :) My fav from WayV is "Turn Back Time". My fav from NCTU is "90s Love" (and Misfit. Gotta have two favs for the U). My fav from 127 is "Kick it". My fav from NCT Dream is "Boom". :) LOL at "He's getting the ladies." Idols don't get ladies. They live in dorms and can't date. :( It's sad, isn't it? But yes, Ten is a fantastic dancer. He's ranked in the top 3 dancers IMO (Taemin, Kai, and Ten, who are all coincidentally in the group SuperM). He's Thai and one of my favorites from NCT.

They’re the Chinese part of NCT, first subunit based in China even though members live in South Korea but to avoid any political issues between South Korea & China some of the existing NCT chinese members had to go to china to debut as WayV.
