This is so impressive, using bone parts to brew the soup and taking time to prepare the all the ingredients. The 3 brothers are so passionate about cooking all these delicious dishes. It's not easy operating a restaurant like this, hard work and dedication are important. I love the chanpon. Thank you Kei-san. Looking forward to your next video.🥰👍

The Chinese who settled in Japan during the late 19th Century introduced their style of cooking. Over time this evolved into the popular "Chuka Ryori" (Japanese-style Chinese food), which is a hybrid cuisine of Chinese and Japanese cooking. Ramen and Gyoza are two notable examples of this cuisine style.

Different people have different preferences. But personally I think Chinese food is delicious; the Chinese cooking has many varieties and use many ingredients and cooking style compared to other cuisines.
