Respected Dubey Saheb 🙏🙏. You might have heard about the report of NHRC wherein it was stated that there is no rule of law in West Bengal but rule of ruler has been going on. Neither there is any democracy nor constitution. State where Hon'ble Judges of Calcutta High Court are not spared, neither ED officers who are inquiring cases of corruption on the order of Calcutta High Court, you can imagine the situation. We have seen emergency during regime of Mrs. Gandhi all over India and now it is going on in West Bengal.

Bengal's story has been horrifying..... even during separation lot of violence and killing of Hindus is not a secret. After independence millions of Islamists intruded into West Bengal and it all happened in the knowledge and with concent of Bengal 'Rulers'. Mamata's Govt has crossed all the limits. Bengal is a bigger threat than that of Kerala for the sovereignty of India. President rule and the division of WB perhaps could provide some relief besides sealing the border.

The question is then who issued the warrant and without issuance of summons in a summary triable matter. Which type of practice is this.
