Very true! When marriage got tough and my husband and I were on the verge of letting go… his brother asked why we even got together in the 1st place. We were very attracted physically and mentally to each other when we met!

Great story. I wish my ex husband was as good of a person as you. We went thru what you guys went thru too, but my ex husband instead of hustling to take care of me n make our life better he uses excuses about how his parents didn't love him and that's why he is the way his is. Plus instead of loving me to the fullest, he was lazy and abusive. I put myself thru school n worked. I took cared of my family up to the day I finally had enough n left. If he was like you, our life would have been as good as yours too. Thank you for being a good husband n taking good care of your wife. Especially she chose you over everything. Love her til the end n never make her she'd a tear. Props to you brother. 👏

Both parents from both sides are so evil. When you two hit rock bottom. No one wanted to take you two in but when they know you two are doing well in life. Both want you two in their life and to buried them. Wtf. You didn't have to bury your parents alone. They didn't pay for your wife and your in laws face sure is thick too to tell you to take care of their funeral financially. You two are too nice and let everyone walk over you. Hmong parents are evil to the core. If it was me i would had moved far away and cut ties with both sides. They your family do not deserve you two. Brother, you and your wife have done all there is to do for both your parents. They didn’t support you guys in any shape or form. If you’re father-in-law decides to come back and die at your house in the future so you can do his funeral, don’t allow that. It’s not your responsibility. He has his sons (your bil). If people are going to look down on his children, it’s not you. His sons are responsible. You and your wife have done your deeds. Your parents and her parents don’t love you two. You need to love yourselves and people who love you.
