You can avoid the degeneration by evading the third blast from his L1. Only the last blast from L1 will causes degeneration.

Need to use block break attacks. After two blocked attacks use a block breaker instead letting your full combo get blocked.

Yes, if u are skilled. I already beat act 4 n all me champs are below 3k ratings. Also unlock the masteries parry and dexterity as they would be more helpful on act 4 quests.

I Suck At Life Mute Channel if you don't play like Wbagca, yes. Maestro is nothing. All you need to do when he does L1 is Evade the first beam and the second beam, then get to the end of your side of the screen and evade. You can parry him and get him to L2
