Justice delayed is justice denied.

That makes no sense. If in the same case of justice delayed is later justice served ... isn't that ok ? Is accurate justice served alright if it had to be delayed for lack of evidence ? Or is accusing an innocent person of something they didn't do ok as long as some sort of justice is served ? Is rushing justice to fail the burden of proof or by succumbing to public pressure and attempting to assign justice prematurely also failed justice ?................. I think timely & accurate justice is paramount at all times.

Yall that man u came upon in the woods, looks like a description of a man that's STILL wanted for the murder of his family MANY years ago in Bath, Michigan. I was watching KZbin and it was a Halloween Special of Cold Cases on their Local News Channel. He was seen parking his vehicle after the brutal murders and hasn't been seen since. They suspect he's living primitive. Please contact your local authorities over this matter. As y'all know, anything is possible. Thank & Be Safe

DNA Evidence is such a Gift of God for what I believe is to right so many wrongs committed in the World even down to me not knowing my biological father until after both my parents passed away then one of my Cousins who told that my dad wasn’t my true Biological Father. The he wasn’t from Knoxville not even Tennessee but San Bernardino where my mother moved to work at my Airforce Retired Soldier that open a Bar Restaurant type of thing and my mother moved there from Knoxville where were are from. I happen to live in Michigan but I am in Tennessee as much as I can now since i am Retired. The sad part of my Storie is My Biological Father had Already passed away also a Half Brother also passed away so I can’t help but to feel wronged because I wasn’t ever told but everyone around me was. My dad who raised me was Cherokee Indian so I immersed myself into the life of The Cherokee people and Heritage, only to find out I am half English half Scott Irish as most East Tennessee people are. So when found out I did DNA Tests from every available compact only to constantly draw blanks, nothin* would match we unbeknownst to my a had a Bone Marrow Transplant in 2006 making my DNA scrambled forbtha5 lack of a better term so I slipped into the depression mode a little bit as I had also just retired from 23 years of Fire Service so all I had was a lot of afternoon time so as I kept beating my brain on now I never will truly know the truth or was it all just lies. Well I have a son and a Daughter so I had hope that my sone being born in 86 he would have my Y Gene so he tested and it came back with literally Hundreds of name so where to begin I had my wife do a test to eliminate her side of those listed on my son data base, then I asked my sister for which it broke her heart to know our Precious God loving Women never told me the truth or my younger sister but she took the test and sure enough I could isolate those on my mothers side now it tells you which are which but then it was still evolving. So I came across one name which was just numbers and a few letters not giving me any clue in yes or no, but what it did was to show me that she had to be from my biological Father because I couldn’t find her on anyone DNA Test Results from even nieces and Nephews who tried to help but taking the dna test so I started messaging her and after a year had gone by of her and I messaging back and forth along with me doing everything possible to eliminate her not because of her but to be perfectly sure she was related as it turns out three long years and I lot of my I found out just who my Biological fathe4 was who knew he had son somewhere in the North and a Cold area. So he looked for Ten years according to his step children he raised from little stair steps the crazy thing my oldest half brother was 13 years old when I was born and he knew the man from him dating my mother, he literally lived in Colton California where we lived while my mother worked at my uncles place. But by the time I was able tried ou5 for sure his name and where he lived was too late he had already passed away from a massive Heart attack in California in 2006 the same year I received a bone marrow transplant from a 10 out of 10 Perfect Match so either my half brother or my Biological father might be my Marrow donor so we are petitioning the Donor society for the name and permission to contact him if buy chance it’s not one of the two. So I have met my Beautiful Cousin who was born and raise in Missouri Came to Michigan to meet m3 and my family bringing with her a lot of paper family tree information. I know what this very long story doesn’t scratch my surface or even relevant to this news cast but what I post is for is for people to understand just how hard or how easy which ever way you look at DNA to Solve not only family ties it also helps Solve Hundred if not Thousands of Cold Cases and New Cases as well. It# my sincere hope that someone comes forth or takes a DNA Test that might help someone find the killers or even help someone find you that they never knew that had out there. It’s a Great, Wonderful Tool. God Bless you All and God Bless my Families old stomping ground Marble City. I come back at least Twice a year to what I My Mountains and to see Wears Valley, Townsend, and The Cades Cove where all of My Heritage settled and lived some still live in the Valley boarding the Smoky Mountain National Park, The Park took All of my Family Land but I believe is a 50 Acres piece boarding the Park property. One of the Abbott side still lives there, along with the Godfrey’s, Walker, Hembree, Brewer, Brickey, Abbott’s. All a huge part of the History of the People of The Smokey’s .
